Synapse New Home Page Is Released!

The new look will improve the accessibility and experience for new and existing users, while better demonstrating the real-world impact that data sharing and reuse can have on health and disease. Some of the new changes include: 

• Improved search and live chat feature (coming soon).

• Real-time updates on users, downloads, and trending datasets.

• Featured datasets and more visible portals to promote data exploration.

• Greater clarity and transparency on the new paid Synapse plans.

The new site will accompany the upcoming changes to our Synapse Terms of Service. The rollout of these terms, as well as the broader communication and promotion of the new homepage and plans will be ongoing in the coming months.
