This table lists the current objectives, approved, and in priority order for the Platform team.

Dev Process | In Progress | A = Adopt new sprint planning process, taking specific steps to become more agile, estimating story points, conducting sprint planning ceremonies, etc. All product teams are working off at least a 2 sprint prioritized backlog. All stories have point estimates, and we have completion metrics on all stories. S = Metrics show a clear trend of increasing dev velocity and over time. |

Google Drive
Much of the product management materials are stored in Google drive. This includes the following:
Product Management (Synapse) - parent folder
Customers - folders for each potential/actual customer for business development purposes
Synapse Policies - folders where Google Docs and PDF versions of relevant policies for updating
Working Groups - internal Sage groups focused on particular product-related topic areas
