27k - correlation of the processing batch with clinical variables in colon cancer

This analysis was done for colon cancer only (no rectal data).

List of clinical variables that are correlated or somewhat correlated with the processing batch in 27 k arrays. Batch information was collected from 166 tumor patients

The most important variables that are also correlated with batch are lymphatic invasion present and tumor stage according to the discussion with Andrew Trister summarized here.
