Laird (2006, 2011) markers

In contrast to Shen, 2007 paper Weisenberger, 2006 identified a smaller set of markers: CACNA1G, IGF2, NEUROG1, RUNX3, SOCS1 and MLH1 as CIMP in colorectal patients. These markers were also confirmed in Hinoue, 2011 paper. In 2006 paper they weren't able to confirm Shen's markers.
