About
To assist data contributors, the AD Knowledge Portal offers templates and instructions for preparing submissions:
Study Description: A template guides the creation of concise summaries detailing the cohort or model system from which the data originates. Contributors are prompted to include relevant links or references.
Methods Description: Another template aids in describing the data generation methods, including sample processing, data generation, processing details, and test procedures. Contributors are encouraged to provide links to protocols or code repositories.
Acknowledgement Statement: A template helps in crafting citations for the submitted data. Contributors are instructed to use this statement in publications or presentations referencing the data.
These templates are available for download via provided links. Contributors are advised to fill out the templates, follow file naming conventions, and submit completed documents using the Documentation Submission Form (i.e., raise a ticket in the ADEL service desk portal).
