JIRA triage is an ongoing process and critical to maintaining a healthy backlog. A healthy backlog is one that represents planned work with relative priorities and a general sense of timing. It’s never perfect, but by triaging regularly, we can communicate with stakeholders about decisions, status, and overall progress against the planned roadmap in a systematic way, increasing confidence and clarity across the organization.
