The Amplifying Data for Evidence and Learning (ADEL) Service Desk is for requests related to data contributions and user support for the Alzheimer’s Disease Knowledge Portal, Exceptional Longevity Knowledge Portal, ALS Knowledge Portal, and the CLASSIC Portal + OpenDRaWeR Metadata Catalog.

You can raise a support request with the Sage Data Coordination Center (DCC) for your Program by opening an issue here.

Use this request type if you need to upload or index analytical outputs (analysis and results-level only data) within the AD Knowledge, ALS Knowledge, or ELITE portals.

What is the name and email of the data uploader? This person is responsible for assembling the required metadata and uploading the data and metadata to Synapse, and therefore, they must be familiar with with R, Python, or the Command Line in order to use the Synapse API clients.

A data index is used when the data is publicly and permanently hosted elsewhere through an already established link. All data contribution steps will be completed EXCEPT uploading the data to Synapse. We will instead point to the data from the AD or ELITE portal and use our metadata templates to provide data discoverability.
