Create a Mad Scientist Stu announcement

Do you have a new feature to announce?  Inform Synapse users by having Stu announce it!

Step-by-step guide

1. Log into Synapse as MadScientistStu- password can be found on Belltown.
2. Go to the Announcements Discussion forum.

3. Create a new thread.

   The title of the thread will show up in the Header bar, so it should be concise.  The title will be a link that sends the user to this thread, so the thread body can be very descriptive.

4. Pin the thread created in step 3.
