How frequently are the data in the app updated?
The app is directly linked to the NF Data Portal, so data in the app reflects the same data in the NF Data Portal, in real time. In other words, any time data is added to the portal, the app will be updated to show that new data. There is no regular schedule by which data in the portal itself gets uploaded.
It looks like the publication status of projects in projectLive is not updated or does not match
or link together with NF Data Portal. Why?
Publications in projectLive are updated daily, and reflect the information that Sage gathers using semi-automated methods of scanning acknowledgements of NTAP funded researchers.
It seems “Sage Internal milestone or progress report tracking” in projectLive is not updated in
real-time. How or when is this section updated?
For "Internal milestone" tracking, projectLive updates daily for PIs whose data sharing plans have been added to Synapse and updated. Addition of new data sharing plans occur once every 6 months. It is possible that the information we have on our end is out of date due to recent changes in the milestones/data sharing plans.
