11/1/21

What went well:

What could go better: Less firefighting. More of a controlled roadmap with actual requirements and designs and planning.

There is difficulty in having sidebar conversations for dev purposes across different teams

Action:

Communication Planning and documentation:

For requirements: We should add the ability to document who required the item and why.

Is this in the project plan

Breakdown what is in the grant prior to and during submission to evaluate feasibility

And after grant is approved, we should breakdown the actual stories with high level features

Need to have a grant breakdown planning process with roadmap and resource allocation

Need to have open conversations with researchers for the requirements:

Access to Larrson and his time.

Utilize mPower requriements for adding to MTB assessments. to leverage options for study bursts.

10/18/21

Study Bursts are not as defined as should be. Feels okay about design and server frameworks, but open questions are expected.

Dual Account signup and Enrollment work to be completed. Additionally working on documentation

Android - Investigate Mpower assessment integration, Data Tracking documentation and feasibility relating to things like medications etc.

iOS- Investigate data tracking feasibility for MTB

Investigate

Exporter - continuation.

10/4/21

QA feedback:

Worried that so few QA bugs were logged. It seems like most of the bugs were filed by internal (Design) and not with the QA team.

Needs more explicit requirements for testing and the test plan.

Need more devices to test with. Erin will approve request.

Need to find devices - Nate states he had a few in the drawer.

8/23/21

Sprint Schedule is WIP - Final Draft stages. This is not “locked” and will only be used as a guideline for remaining work.

What went well:

Release Documentation process is going well.

Meetings are more productive as we are scheduling the priorities and able to reduce some of the noise

Decisions are getting easier to make more quickly and not requiring re-work.

What could go better:

8/9/21 -

Feedback - post sage week - none at this time

Action Item

Design Feature cutoff -Ann to work on for future planning

New stories added?

7/26/21

Sage week required carry over of most sprint items.

7/12/21

New Priority Process with planning for Mobile Toolbox work.

-Reviewed full list of features for MTB October release

Follow up meeting to be scheduled to work through T shirt sizing stories

-Need to do full breakdown for each epic with correct stories included.

Ann to include link to document once finalized.

6/28/21

What went well:

Jack still ramping up and its getting easier

Productivity is up

What could go better:

Temp is up - this is bad

Passive Data repository is a large story. Should try to estimate prior to starting a task. Still working through the tasks to get it ready

Estimating uploads without Erin is difficult

Action Items :

Reduced velocity due to the Monday holiday and potential vacation time - Expected to impact total output

6/14/21

App launched - have been doing fixes and new builds from NU

Shannon Demo - iOS assessment viewer

What went well:

Zephyr Scale approved and will begin writing manual tests with QA from SDP

Goals were accomplishable with designs so this sprint went better with limited “emergencies”

Onboarding is completed and Jack is started to get his feet under him.

Ops backlog is under control so able to focus better on sprint work.

What could go better:

No release signoff process for MTB app and would like for at least android

Need to fully document processes (sprint planning, standup, RTW etc)

Planning and roadmaps are not clear and published, we need to communicate better for platform features vs small one offs

Action Items

Ann to investigate why not all stories appear on sprint board (besides epics) - Fixed, it was a permission issue

create a release process and document for production with approval designators - In progress - SDLC needs additional work.

Overview: MTB Norming is set to launch June 1 with final deployment on May 20

What went well:

Able to get back into the office and feeling much more productive. +1

Plus getting to the office for the first time was nice.

Able to get Tech Debt and Process Debt resolved around releases has really helped.

Feeling good heads down time. Getting close for Android

Onboarding learning has been fun.

Feature Discussions are getting nitty gritty (notifications) but that means that we are close to set and able to see the details.

Pieces are coming together for Norming App.

Agreement to have SDP QA testing will hopefully start soon.

And able to test with the iOS app and start to look at additional features.

What could go better:

Fires have come up which has put the commitments made at risk for sprint deadlines

Changed models for survey questions

No QA

Action Items:

Ann will be out from June 1-June 8 - Erin will handle standups and sprint planning.

5/3/21

What went well

We got work done. +2

...

Jack’s onboarding went well

What could go better

Still not getting everything planned pre sprint so putting out fires. +2

...

Onboarding documents were a little out of date, but will be updated.

Action Items:

Ann to work with Ryan and Kevin regarding Synapse escalations -

MAC - I have followed up with Ryan and we will be investigating the correct escalation process and documenting it so that this doesn’t keep happening.

Alx is also no longer listed as the team manager in Synapse so all questions do not go to him for basic management.

4/19/21
