Users must now agree to the updated Terms Of Service by 11-15-2024

• Users who have not agreed will be required to after 11-15 or will be prevented from accessing Synapse.

• Synapse will record when each user agrees to the Terms.

The team has put in a ton of work to setup for Managed Plans (to be released in Stack 521). We will start to see features in Staging next week.
