Once your metadata and data files are ready to upload to Synapse, specify the parentID
for each file type in the manifest file. Then you will be able to use a Synapse client (Python, R, or cli) to automatically transfer each file to its correct location on Synapse. The curator will review and annotate the data. If everything is OK, the files will be moved to their permanent location and made publicly available. Otherwise, we will email you with any questions.
