After the request has been approved, the requestor can opt to update their request:
The requestor will be able to add accessors, remove accessors, change the research statement, or (optionally) upload files
Depending on what the requestor chooses, they will be shown a screen with those options for updating. Here is what choosing all three will look like:

An ACT member could go to the dataset link provided in the email. There will be a new tab only visible to the ACT to show the pending access requests table, as well as allow editing/previewing the access request form (in the tools bar).
