Add articles documenting different ways of logging in

Description

synLogin() reference sufficiently explains ways to cache credentials.

The Connecting to Synapse documentation on the homepage could be updated to include the rememberMe=True parameter, which I think is a more accessible way for users to cache their credentials. Synapse docs will reference this code chunk.

I wrote this draft before we decided to put code block to the client docs: https://github.com/Sage-Bionetworks/synapseDocs/issues/422

The content in this draft should go to an article in the client.

Also adding the article details about how to use the config file: https://docs.synapse.org/articles/client_configuration.html

I suggest linking to Manage Synapse Credentials under Connecting to Synapse from the r docs homepage: https://r-docs.synapse.org/articles/synapser.html

, I created SYNR‌-1382 to track your suggestion. I will work on it on the next release. And change the title of this issue and close it as we verified that the vignette exist.
