This was reported via email from Tom Peppard at BMGF. Don't know if it's relevant but please note that his R "library" (i.e. the folder in which packages are installed) is on a "samba" network share.

The contents of the troubleshooting section look great. However, the page's title is "Troubleshooting" and so is the first subsection in that page.
We should rename the "Troubleshooting" subsection to "Network Drives on Windows" or something similar so that we can differentiate the troubleshooting sections.
