Synapse Command Line is not on PATH in Ubuntu EC2 instance

Description

I am working in an Ubuntu EC2 instance... I installed synapseclient:

But when I try:

I get the following error:

The synapse command worked well for my Linux instance

Synapse command works after installing synapseclient directly into Python3 using Pip3

The default python for EC2 instances are python 2.x
