Notes that 's collaborator failed to upload in Windows using `syncToSynapse()` before. We didn't capture the stack trace back then. This may be related.

Ill defer to as I really know nothing about Windows. I’m wondering if the issue was induced when the user tried to rename/reformat from txt to tsv? Maybe you can provide them with a properly formatted file? That would require getting their manifest.
, , I gave him a script (a for loop in Python) to upload his files using syn.store(). The effort for this is track in SYNPY-940. This issue is a record to track problems that may occurs with syncToSynapse() on Windows.
