Support hierarchy service in R and Python

Description

(was: Show entity child counts/leaf status when navigating entity hierarchy in R and Python)

Frederic had an idea for a feature in the R client. He is navigating through entity hierarchies, but does not have a way to determine whether a given entity is a leaf node without querying for the children of that entity.

The feature he has in mind is an isLeafNode "column" in the query service, so that you could query for the children of an entity (e.g., the contents of a folder), and easily determine which contained entities are leaves.

This seems like this is not relevant anymore that we don't have the location able entities. It is enough to know that something is a file to determine that it is a leaf and project or folder for nodes.

With new service from Eric Wu, this is just a wrapper around this service.
