Support getting table rows
Looking at history of this ticket, I assume that it was moved to SYNPY to expose this feature in the Synapse Python client. From then, we can inherit it in synapser. I am going to change the title in the issue since it's now in the Synapse Python client project.
I think so! It's a conceptual leap for someone who may be familiar with "getting" things from Synapse (as files) to writing SQL-like queries to get data.
I had a different idea on how it could be supported. We could overload the "get" function for tables (or views) - if "downloadFile=True" then you could get the whole table (analogous to how you "get" a file) along with the entity metadata; if "downloadFile=False" you would get the table (schema) metadata as we do now.
