New login page UI does not look right when anonymously trying to access a private resource

Verified fixed 347.0/347.0-3x. Sent to login place.

I also thought of popping up the message in the global alert area, but this would be shown far too often (whenever a private entity was loaded in a new window, since it briefly goes here while the current session is detected).

To minimize on the impact of the flow, recommending only making a minor change, which is removing the special alert (and some wrapper margins in StuAlert). We could redirect to the LoginPage in this case, but I do not want to mess up the “login to gain access” procedure.
