Evaluation Queue id is removed. Please add back in
Description
I can still find the evaluation queue id if I click "modify access" but thats not ideal. The Id is used downstream in code that automatically validates and processes submissions.

when you validate on stack-347 next week could you also check whether EvaluationRound IDs in the "edit" section of an Evaluation is exposed properly? That ID will allow you to filter Submissions by round in Submission Views.
I based an implementation off of what's in Figma.

It should be out in staging next week. I've resolved the issue for now
- This issue is marked as critical, is it still open? Do we need Ljubo to look at this?
