Below is the error reported by , originally part of PLFM-6155. can you suggest what might be the cause and/or what the user ought to do as a next step?
2. Uploading multiple files.
We also received error messages when trying to upload multiple files at a time (using bulk input), so we ended up uploading the files individually.
Initially, we tried used "drag and drop" to upload two sets of files containing two files each. For one set, the file sizes were about 850 MB in size and for the second set, the file sizes were about 6 GB each. The error message we received is below.
Unable to upload the file "JLat5A8_HuEpi_gDNA2.fastq" because it's been modified during the upload. The starting md5 of the file (f7f4b04bee53b077c841a619d0cdab02) differs from the current md5 (8c1a3d1015c07b2629ee1debbd1f883c).
While responding to this email, we tried uploading the same two sets of files via the "Browse" option and that seemed to work. Perhaps there's a bug in the "drag and drop" option?
