Replace Organization card logos with new columns
Description
Per this conversation on slack, I'd like to replace the NF portal organization card logos with new columns that I've provided here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn16858699/tables/
The headerLogo column is the logo for the Organization Detail page header, while the cardLogo is the logo for the "card" formatted organization on the homepage. (let me know if a different name for these columns is needed or would make more sense)

And thanks for the heads up. Maybe I need a “this space left intentionally blank” logo. Federal agencies (NIH, at least) are very protective when it comes to logos, so I’ve left it blank since I couldn’t find a clear policy for DoD (but can guess that if anything they’re more restrictive than NIH).
The DHART-SPORE logo is a nice workaround, because it’s an NIH grantee and not an official NIH logo, even though it looks NIH-style.
FYI, the row representing CDMRP does not yet have associated custom images.
Indeed. Like the idea of a new ticket. Necessary changes to utilize the new logo columns have been checked in. The staging site will be automatically updated shortly.

Not sure what the answer is for the expected behavior for the title link, but the PR associated to this ticket makes it more consistent than it is today. For Organizations, the links would always go to an external url (instead of sometimes going to the details page, and sometimes going to the external URL).
