Add 'Initiative' details page
Description
Starting a ticket as a follow-up to PORTALS-1795 to list associated studies under the new Initiative component on the NF Data Portal.
We'd like this to work in the same way it does for Partners on the NF Data Portal, where users can click to view related studies.
So from Initiatives, each card would have a button that says something like 'View this Initiative's studies.'

Sorry , I was overcomplicating this ticket. If all you want is an associated studies table, then that’s what we’ll implement!
Note that I needed to make a few changes to the HeaderCard (layout and styling) in order to support the custom image (when a GenericCard is shown as a HeaderCard).
I should have this checked in today, for your review on staging.
