When access is revoked we include such wording:
“We did not receive your renewal information for the .. access requirement, and your access has now been revoked”
Since the notification is sent out even when the approval is revoked from an ACT member without automatic revocation from the expiration (and approvals might not have an expiration) we need a more generic wording such as:
“Your approval for the .. access requirement has been revoked.“
Additionally we might want to include the submitter display name (or a mailto) if the notification is delivered to an accessor different from the submitter itself, something on the lines of:
“The revoked approval was submitted on your behalf by <displayName>”.
