Synapse provenance seems broken due to changes in Github file/repo

Description

The provenance for this file (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn18082168) links to a github file (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Sage-Bionetworks/MPNSTAnalysis/master/data_access/RNASeqData.R) that may have been renamed or removed.

Is it possible to link provenance to a specific github commit so that if someone wants to reproduce the file they can use the code associated with the provenance link at the time it was created?

Fixing this issue will preserve provenance of analyses files generated in-house, and would allow Sagers and/or collaborators to build upon previously done work.
