Collaborator from MSK cannot reset password. username - grossb1

Description

He says, theres nothing in spam and he does not get an email. please assist.

He says maybe MSK is vetting the email before delivering, but not sure if this is actually the case.

Edit . I can't seem to reproduce the issue, I get an email right away which means it could be MSK vetting the email?
