Ideally, users would not need to wait for a table/view/snapshot to be built on a new stack

Description

Ideally, users would not need to wait for a table/view/snapshot to be built on a new stack. Currently, we attempt to build all tables/views on each new stack prior to releasing the stack. This means we are building some table/views that users are no longer actively querying. In addition, no table/view snapshots are built on new stacks. A user must run a query against a snapshot to trigger its build the first time on a new stack.

Ideally, we would track the tables/views/snapshots that users are actively querying and use that information to determine what to build on a new stack.
