Minor issue is that the error message could be friendlier.
Right now it says:
"You locked out from making any additional login attempts for X milliseconds"
Expected something like:
"You are locked out from making any additional login attempts for Xh:Ym:Zs.
I’m unable to log on into my Synapse account. Please see the error message I get in the attached screen shot.
I also changed my password today, and I get the same error message.
The duration of the hiatus is way too long. Can we not plateau at, say, 30 or 60 minutes? We're now in a position where we need to assist the user manually, or else they have to wait >1 day to retry.
